Our airy studios provide plenty of natural light and measure 25' x 25' x 15' , including a mirrored wall for dance.
- Daily Rental Monday thru Friday 9 - 5pm $15 an hour
- Evening Rental Monday thru Friday 5 -11pm $20 an hour
- Weekend Rates Saturday & Sunday 12- 11pm $20 an hour
Theater rental
LA TEA's main theater measures 48' x 31'x 14' with a large adjacent dressing room and fully equipped tech cabin. The stage and seating area are totally flexible and convertible.
- For a weekly rental $3,700 For Profit Organization
- For a weekly rental $3,500 Not for Profit Organization
- Daily rental with 1 theater performance $750
- Daily rental with 2 theater performances $900.
- 4 hour Time Slot ideal for seminars and 1 theater performance $550
